Marc Zamsky has over 25 years’ experience in legal technology services, architecting eDiscovery solutions and managed review. In his role as CEO, Marc brings a strong record of strategic planning, organic business growth, and operational efficiency. He leads the firm’s strategic direction and initiatives to deliver the highest standards of quality and client-centric experience. Marc is a champion for advancing innovative approaches for client cost control and data management, including implementation of advanced analytics and workflows for corporate legal departments and their outside counsel. Prior to joining Cimplifi, Marc was a founding member, partner, and shareholder at a nationally recognised eDiscovery company and has served in executive leadership roles for several other industry leaders. During his career, he has worked with most of the Fortune 500 companies and the majority of the Am Law 200 law firms. Marc practiced law as a commercial litigation attorney in Philadelphia from 1992 to 1996 and is a frequent author and speaker. He earned his BA from Penn State University and received his J.D. cum laude from Temple Law School, where he served as a member of the Law Review and Moot Court team. Marc is also a Certified eDiscovery Specialist (CEDS).

As chief technology officer for Cimplifi, Ari holds responsibility for designing, deploying, and maintaining the internal and client-facing systems required to drive speed and efficiency in an incredibly complex and data-heavy environment. Ari identifies and implements practical solutions to solve a host of technological issues, from document collection, processing, and hosting to providing mission-critical support for large scale document review projects. He is charged with ensuring the availability and security of the infrastructure behind billions of documents and petabytes of data. His approach involves developing integrations and automation to decrease resource utilization and increase productivity.  During his long tenure at Cimplifi, Ari has spearheaded significant infrastructure and systems improvements, including the development of a national network topology for secure local and remote data access and virtualized hosting environments for all Cimplifi-hosted offerings. He also plays an integral role in the evaluation and training surrounding Cimplifi many application partners, from review and processing platforms to data warehouses and cybersecurity systems. Ari has a strong background in software development, cybersecurity, data analytics, network topology, and business development. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the State University of New York at Binghamton and is a Relativity Master.

Marla brings over 35 years’ expertise to her role as general counsel. She is a respected attorney, strategic advisor, and thought leader who speaks regularly on legal technology, electronic discovery, and legal operations issues. rnrnMarla spent 22 years practicing law at the prestigious international firm, Jones Day, specializing in the discovery phase of litigation. She also served as associate general counsel for Goldman Sachs for 11 years where she built and led the firm’s global eDiscovery practice and focused on complex commercial and securities litigation and regulatory investigations. rnrnShe is an advisory board member of Legal Week; a fellow of the College of Law Practice Management; a member of CHIEF; an advisory board member of the cybersecurity company, CALAMU; and was on the Educational Advisory Board of CLOC. She was a 2024 ALM Lifetime Achievement Award winner, a Corporate Counsel Business Journal 2024 50 Women to Watch, a Leadership Award winner of the Electronic Discovery Institute, and a Fastcase 50 Honoree. She also proudly created the SPLASH movement (Service Providers Leading Against Sexual Harassment) and was a founding member of the Women in eDiscovery's Operation Safe Spaces. Marla earned a bachelor’s degree in public policy from Duke University and graduated magna cum laude from Boston University School of Law.rn

Steven has been at the forefront of the legal technology and AI community for almost 30 years.  He now serves as executive chairman at Cimplifi where he provides strategic guidance to the executive team. Steven began his legal technology career with a litigation technology start-up that offered scanning and database coding services to major corporations and law firms. He later co-founded and served as President of DiscoverReady, the market leader in fixed fee document review. Following the acquisition of DiscoverReady by H.I.G. Capital, Steven co-founded Apogee Legal, an early expert in advanced contract analytics.  Apogee became a market leader in enterprise contract legal analytics before its acquisition by DocuSign. Steven is a Senior Fellow at New York Law School where he established the Business of Law Institute to develop programs and lawyers to shape the future of legal technology. Steven received his bachelor’s degree in East Asian Studies from Bucknell University and his Juris Doctor from New York Law School.

Brandon Jessup is a dynamic accomplished leader renowned for transforming client experiences and driving profitable growth in the legal technology sector. With deep expertise at the intersection of law and technology, Brandon excels at building high-performing teams, streamlining operations, and developing innovative service offerings that consistently exceed client expectations.rnrnHe has held multiple senior leadership roles in global consulting and technology organisations, where he directed large delivery teams, launched new service offerings, and advanced the use of emerging technologies—including artificial intelligence—to improve outcomes for clients. Earlier in his career, Brandon was a member of the eDiscovery practice at an Am Law 100 law firm, managing complex litigation and investigation projects.rnrnThroughout his career, Brandon has been recognised for fostering collaborative cultures, improving operational efficiency, and aligning people, process, and technology to drive sustainable growth. rnBrandon earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law, and holds bachelor’s degrees in psychology, political science, and philosophy from the University of Idaho. rnrn

Adam is an eDiscovery expert in all phases of the EDRM, including managed document review and eDiscovery.  During his 24 years supporting the legal industry, he has honed his skills in both sales and management and has helped countless clients navigate an evolving range of document review and eDiscovery projects. Adam has helped Cimplifi evolve from purely managed review into an all-inclusive, end-to-end eDiscovery service provider focused on the client experience. Adam draws upon a successful track record of providing expert managed document review knowledge and eDiscovery consulting to corporate and law firm clients, including numerous pivotal and high-profile cases spanning multiple years across several locations, utilising hundreds of attorneys and custom eDiscovery tools and technologies. Adam previously served for more than 15 years as director of legal solutions for Hudson Legal, where he was integrally involved in creating a national business development strategy centered on managed review expertise. He also led the organisation’s business expansion into new service offerings and geographical locations. Adam holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from Buffalo State College. 

Ed brings two decades of experience and unique business acumen to this role as partner and executive vice president of Cimplifi. Ed is deeply involved with every engagement, crafting customized solutions to meet clients’ unique scenarios, and providing hands-on guidance to ensure project success. Before joining Cimplifi, Ed was a founding member and partner of Trustpoint International, an Excelerate Discovery company. There, he was instrumental in expanding the firm’s reputation and revenues from a start-up firm in 2009 to a highly successful litigation support service firm specializing in eDiscovery and managed review. Earlier, he served as a managing director for Hudson Legal, where he was consistently recognised as one of the company’s top global performers. Ed’s national reach and reputation have earned him the distinction of working with some of the country’s most well-respected law firms and corporate legal departments. He knows the value of outstanding client service and its impact on performance. As a valued partner, he has been responsible for developing and implementing innovative client programs across the complete discovery lifecycle, from data consulting to post-review analysis. 

Jill Brown leads the marketing and communications efforts where she collaborates with Cimplifi leaders in pursuit of an exceptional client experience and accelerated business growth. As executive vice president of marketing and communications, Jill drives all brand, marketing, and communications strategies. Joining Cimplifi in 2021, Jill has over 15 years’ experience in legal services marketing and operations. She has a significant background leading marketing transitions and rebrands resulting from M&A transactions. Jill received a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Stephen F. Austin State University. 

Charles Post is executive vice president at Cimplifi where he leads the next generation contract analytics and lifecycle management business. For over a decade, Charles has been a legal tech authority on utilising emerging technologies, such as artificial intelligence and machine learning to tackle the legal industry’s most complex contract data issues. At Cimplifi, Charles is leveraging a robust eDiscovery infrastructure and capabilities to provide clients with a first-of-its kind contract analytics and lifecycle management offering. He provides revolutionary contract solutions by pioneering the convergence of eDiscovery and contract analytics. Previously, Charles built and led the document intelligence practice at JDX Consulting, and prior to that he was in-house managing counsel at BNY Mellon where he led one of the most complex contract analytics programs to-date. His unique experience is anchored in advising businesses on practically implementing contract analytics and contract lifecycle management projects and standing up digital capabilities including other technologies such as blockchain, and smart contracts. Charles is a widely recognised industry leader, frequent speaker, moderator, and author for a host of financial services industry forums and publications. He co-founded and launched the Risk Management Association’s (RMA) “Financial Technology and Automation Committee” and he received his bachelor’s degree from Binghamton University and earned a Juris Doctor from New York Law School.

Stacey leads client experience initiatives at Cimplifi and has over 15 years of experience in legal and eDiscovery, with in-depth expertise in managed review, managed services, SaaS offerings and implementation, eDiscovery technology, and client experience.  She began her career as a legal assistant at a boutique law firm which later led her to a position in legal recruiting at Special Counsel.  At Special Counsel, Stacey spent almost a decade assisting legal professionals with contract and consulting work, both at law firms and in in-house legal departments, with a large focus of her time on staffing and assisting with large scale document reviews. Stacey later transitioned into a sales role at Cicayda where she assisted clients with eDiscovery SaaS solutions including legal hold, review, and analytics. Throughout her career, Stacey has shown passion for consultative selling and superior client service, which includes client/candidate first initiatives. At Cimplifi, Stacey was able to leverage this knowledge and passion in a role selling legal technology, managed review, managed services, and contracts analytics. Stacey graduated cum laude from the University of St. Thomas – Minnesota with a B.A. degree in communication studies, is a Certified eDiscovery Specialist (CEDS) and very involved with Women in eDiscovery, ACEDS, MN Litigation Support Professionals and MN Women Lawyers. In addition, Stacey is a member of the Diversity & Inclusion committee at Cimplifi. 

As controller, Curt is responsible for the overall workflow and activities of Cimplifi day-to-day financial activities, routinely providing guidance on a variety of issues ranging from the existing business model, performance, priority setting, planning, and new initiatives. He brings almost 20 years of industry experience to the role, as well as a strong background in data analysis, information management, and reporting. Curt has a diverse management background and hands-on experience in quantitative/statistical analysis, budgeting, accounting, and forecasting. He has decades of practice developing financial systems for a variety of businesses, and remains passionate about creating long-lasting, value-driven relationships with clients and developing solutions for their needs. Prior to his position at Cimplifi, Curt worked as the finance and real estate manager for Hudson Legal, where in addition to managing the vender relationship supplier network covering telecom, IT, and technology, he was also responsible for managing all aspects of long- and short-term lease negotiations and infrastructure. Curt holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management from Rhode Island College. 

Sonia Hilton is a driven and successful eDiscovery expert with over 15 years of experience managing eDiscovery operations for Am Law 100 law firms and Fortune 100 companies. Sonia serves as senior vice president of product and her role focuses primarily on the support of third-party technology products and custom developed products and applications. She also works closely with our development teams to update existing custom products and to build new applications and integrations. She has numerous certifications including Relativity Expert Certification, RelativityOne Certified Professional, and Brainspace Certified Analytics Professional.

Megan LaFrance leads the effort to deliver custom developed applications & integrated process solutions to clients and the internal business. As senior vice president of operations, Megan also holds the role of product manager for all tools developed for corporate internal use across the organisation. Joining Cimplifi in 2019, Megan has over 20 years’ experience in legal technology services and business operations. She has a significant background in leading process improvement, project and change management, and product adoption. Megan received her bachelor's degree in network and communications management from DeVry University.

Veronica Lee is an international client success and professional services executive with two decades of experience throughout several industry verticals. She has managed large-scale technology implementation projects on several continents, led high-performing technology teams, and improved operational processes. Veronica is recognised as a trusted advisor to C-level executives on business solution strategies. Veronica holds a Bachelor's degree in computer science and information systems and a Masters of Law, both from Macquarie University in Sydney, Australia. She also holds a postgraduate certificate in information technology from the University of Sydney.

Matt Rosenthal is a seasoned sales and operations executive with over a decade of experience in the legal technology and services industry. He currently serves as senior vice president of sales at Cimplifi, where he leads strategic growth initiatives and client engagement. Prior to this role, he directed sales operations at Cimplifi, driving process optimization and operational excellence.rnrnMatt previously held leadership roles in the legal services industry where he specialised in litigation consulting and operational strategy. He holds both a Master of Arts in Economics with a focus on Finance and Credit Markets and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science from the University at Albany.

With over a decade of experience in the eDiscovery industry, Alison serves as SVP, client success. She has led high-profile, fast-paced projects and consistently delivers exceptional service with a deep understanding of client needs. Her background spans support, project management, sales engineering, and training, giving her a well-rounded perspective. Since joining Cimplifi in 2018, Alison has developed and delivered custom training programs focused on clarity, confidence, and long-term success. She holds a bachelor’s degree and multiple certifications, including Relativity Master, Certified Trainer, DISCO, and Brainspace.

Glenn Melcher is a nationally recognised authority on eDiscovery in the public sector, bringing over three decades of experience as a senior trial attorney and counsel across multiple government agencies. As senior special counsel for eDiscovery and information governance at the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, he built the agency’s eDiscovery program from the ground up, following a similar achievement at the IRS Office of chief counsel. Glenn provides strategic guidance to federal, state, and local entities, contractors, and nonprofits, championing the use of emerging technologies and AI to navigate complex digital environments. A frequent speaker on the intersection of eDiscovery and government, Glenn’s career also includes over a decade litigating high-stakes cases at the Department of Justice and diplomatic service as a U.S. Foreign Service Officer. He holds a J.D. from the Catholic University of America, an LL.M. in International Taxation from McGeorge School of Law, and is licensed in Maryland and D.C.

Joe Maguire is vice president of AI and analytics at Cimplifi, where he applies advanced expertise in artificial intelligence and analytics to solve complex eDiscovery challenges. With over a decade of experience, Joe is a trusted advisor to clients and case teams navigating high-stakes matters across financial services, life sciences, product liability, and commercial disputes.rnrnA certified Relativity Expert, Joe brings deep technical knowledge and practical insight to every engagement. He is known for designing efficient workflows, implementing best practices, and delivering defensible, cost-effective solutions. His innovations include custom generative AI and analytics tools, workflows for Relativity’s Review Centre and aiR for Review, and the development of AI GPTs that accelerate problem-solving in eDiscovery.rnrnJoe also advises clients on eDiscovery costs and support needs, ensuring expert guidance across all matters.
